After graduating from Keio University, he gained experience in a wide range of roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, including corporate sales and business succession support. He joined the family business, Koga All, in 2015 and was appointed President and CEO of WildWise Holdings (formerly Koga Holdings) in September 2024. Since March 2025, he has concurrently served as President and CEO of Koga All. Guided by the principle of “Revitalizing Japan,” he leads the management of the entire group.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he worked as a management consultant at Nomura Research Institute. He subsequently served as a director and COO at several owner-managed companies before joining WildWise Holdings (formerly Koga Holdings) in December 2024. Guided by the principle of “serving as a bridge between WildWise Holdings and its portfolio companies,” he engages sincerely with the management of portfolio companies to shape the group’s business strategy.

After completing his MBA at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School, he joined Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, where he was involved in investment, M&A, and management operations both domestically and internationally. He joined WildWise Holdings (formerly Koga Holdings) in July 2025 and is committed to creating sustainable value that supports the development of the social infrastructure industry through optimal capital allocation and the establishment of a solid management foundation.
